The special formula used within the CLARIS Pro Blue filter has been developed specifically for commercial automatic machines with a one-touch cappuccino function. This filter contains a mineral which stabilises calcium carbonate, the main component of limescale, so that it isn't deposited into the fluid system of your Jura machine, even when steam preparations occur on a frequent basis. As well as effectively filtering limescale to prevent a build up in your machine, the CLARIS Pro Blue also reduces the level of harmful substances in the water, whilst retaining fluorides and other minerals that are beneficial to helping flavours develop. The CLARIS Pro Blue is able to be used with any mains water, regardless of whether the water is considered hard or soft; it will still work effectively to generate water of optimum quality. There is no need to descale your machine if using the CLARIS Pro Blue correctly. From a commercial perspective, this reduces maintenance costs and times whilst also ensuring your Jura machine is running as efficiently as possible. Without calcium carbonate being able to build up in the inner workings of your machine, heating elements, pumps and pipe work are at reduced risk of failure, and the life span of your machine is preserved. The CLARIS Pro Blue is designed for use in any commercial Jura machine with a blue filter holder in its water tank. This includes the IMPRESSA XJ series and GIGA X machines.
